Our Mission: Art Immersion

Art Mix Creative Learning Center is an art school centrally located in Houston, Texas. Our Mission is to give young artists a fun place to come, create, invent, and make art that is personal and expressive. Art Mix classes are offered for children ages 2-12, Monday through Friday. In addition to their regularly scheduled class, young artists can come anytime during our business hours to our Pop-In Studios. The Pop-in Studios are designed for students to immerse themselves in the creative process.

Our curriculum reinforces the essential connection between art and all aspects of learning. Every two weeks, we travel to a new country and begin class by exploring the art and artists, music, literature, history, and customs from the destination. Next, students develop their imagination as well as their fine and gross motor skills, as they create multi-media art projects including drawing, painting, sculpting, printmaking, jewelry design and more.
